Khoo Boon Hui

President, Interpol 2008 – 2012

A leading figure in the security industry, Mr KHOO Boon Hui was Singapore’s Police Commissioner from 1997 to 2010 and INTERPOL President from 2008 to 2012. He left the Ministry of Home Affairs as its Senior Deputy Secretary in 2015.

He is an Advisor to INTERPOL, a Senior Fellow of Singapore’s Civil Service College and the Home Team Academy, and holds advisory and board positions in Banking, Healthcare, Security, Defence, Casino Regulation, Telecommunications, and Philanthropy. He also co-chaired the annual US-Singapore Law Enforcement Homeland Security and Safety Co-operation Dialogue with his counterparts from the US Departments of Justice and Homeland Security from 2014 to 2016.

He was educated at Oxford, Harvard, and Wharton and has received numerous international honours and local awards.

Milipol Asia-Pacific New Date

For several months, the Milipol Asia-Pacific team in Singapore have been diligently working to support our community. Along with the relevant national authorities in Singapore and the wider APAC region, we have been relentlessly preparing the next edition of Milipol Asia-Pacific to be a platform to help recover and to reinvigorate our industry. In this challenging period we have also honed our health and safety procedures and put in place new initiatives so as to ensure the event is as successful and safe as possible.

However, as a result of the evolution of regulations regarding the COVID-19 situation and its consequences such as restricted air travel, we will be postponing Milipol Asia-Pacific to 18 – 20 May 2022.

Rest assured, we will continue to deliver our best and to remain as your preferred partner to this community, so we look forward to seeing you then..
